Women’s 9 hole stableford competition was cancelled.
Women’s 18 hole stroke competition was won by Sandra Toone 101-28-73 and with 103-24-79 on a count-back from Margaret Smith,
Janice McKenzie was runner-up. The best gross score was won by Margaret Smith 98. Sandra Toone also won the silver spoon, monthly medal, and putting competition with 31 putts. Sandra puts a lot of effort into being available to take charge of events when either the captain or president are unable to be present, as well as capably handling the job of women’s treasurer, so it was a popular win.

Women’s 18 hole stroke competition was won by Janice McKenzie 97-25-72. Runner-up was Sandra Toone with 102-27-75 and Sandra also had nearest the pin. Adele Rowarth collected the putting trophy with 31 putts.

Cold wet weather resulted in the competition being cancelled.
Women’s 9 holes stroke competition. The winner was Caroline Wren 54-19-35 and Runner-up Sandra Toone had 50-13 ½ 36 1/2 . The putting was won by Jean Hansen with 12 putts.
Cold weather didn’t stop 8 women vying for the monthly medal in an 18 hole stroke round. The medal was won by Adele Rowarth with 103-27-76 nett. Adele also had the best gross score. Runner-up was Caroline Wren with 118-38-80 and the putting was won by Debbie Biggs with 33 putts.
Women’s 9 holes stableford competition. Eight players ventured out in the rain with winner Dawn Thomas scoring 19 points. Runner-up with 16 points was Adele Rowarth.
Threatening weather conditions and the absence of many players due to members playing at Howlong for the week resulted in cancellation of the day’s competition.
